here are the key parts inside our filter and what they do
Most shower filters use carbon on its own because it is cheap. We use four media, chosen for hot water.

Australian drinking water is chlorinated at the treatment plant. That is what makes it safe to drink. It also means chlorine is still there when it reaches your shower.

How do I know it will fit on my shower?
It fits a standard half-inch threaded outlet, which is what almost every Australian wall or ceiling shower arm uses. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your arm before you order and we will confirm it.
How easy is it to install?
Two minutes, by hand. Unscrew the old head, wrap the thread with the tape we include, screw ours on. The wrench is there in case the old one is stuck.
What type of results should I expect?
Most people notice two things in the first week: no chlorine smell, and less tightness in the skin after a shower. Over a month, colour-treated hair tends to hold its tone longer.
Some people notice very little, usually because their water was already soft and lightly treated. That is what the 30-day guarantee is for.
Does it treat eczema or hair loss?
No, and we will not tell you it does. A filter changes your water. It does not treat a medical condition. If you have a skin or scalp condition, speak to your GP or a dermatologist.
What's the difference between this and other filters?
Most use activated carbon on its own, which loses effectiveness above about 30 degrees — roughly the temperature everyone showers at. We add KDF-55 and calcium sulfite, which keep working when the water is hot.
