Ask us a question
Will it fit my shower?

The handheld fits the standard half inch hose thread used on almost every Australian hand shower. The rain head fits the standard half inch shower arm. Not sure? Send us a photo before you order and we'll confirm it.

Do I need a plumber or tools?

No. Everything you need is in the box. The rain head comes with a small wrench in case your old head is stuck.

It's dripping at the thread. What now?

Unscrew it, wrap two or three more turns of plumber's tape around the thread and tighten by hand again. Still dripping? Send us a message and we'll help.

I rent. Can I use it?

Yes. Nothing is drilled or glued. Keep your old shower head and put it back when you move out.

How often do I change the filter?

About every three months. Sooner in a busy household or a hard water area like Perth or Adelaide.

Which filter do I need?

The one that matches your shower. Choose Handheld Filter Shower or Rain Filter Shower Head on the filter page.
